Student/agent applicants can request and be sent multiple offers (pro-forma invoices), which can be assigned different statuses. This allows colleges to prepare, send, cancel, withdraw and accept offers.

Accepted offers generate enrolments, which represent confirmed student programs. Enrolments then generate relevant subject lists and class allocation.
